SILENT SIREN Announces Second Anime Tie-In Single 'あっとUMA' for October

SILENT SIREN will release a new digital single, "あっとUMA," on October 22, 2026. The track serves as the opening theme for the TOKYO MX anime "Gelpiyo."

This is the band's second anime tie-in single in October, following "Nikoi-chi!" released earlier in the month. Two band members, vocalist/guitarist Suu and bassist Aina Yamauchi, also have voice acting roles in the series.

The song is described as an emotional, driving rock track with a danceable drum beat, groovy bassline, and melodic guitar riffs. Suu wrote the lyrics, which frame negative emotions as elusive "UMA" (unidentified mysterious animals) and suggest a lighter approach to dealing with them.

A non-credit opening video for "Gelpiyo" will be posted on the band's label YouTube channel, YOUTHFUL TUNE, at a later date. The single is available for pre-save via a digital link.

The anime "Gelpiyo" is a short-format comedy about the daily lives of squishy, mysterious creatures. It begins its broadcast on TOKYO MX on October 21, 2026, with catch-up streaming available on TVer.

SILENT SIREN is currently on a domestic Japan tour, "TRIANGLE," with dates running through October.
