U-NEXT Comic's 'Deep Revenge' Live-Action Drama Heads to HBO Max Globally

A live-action drama adaptation of the U-NEXT Comic webcomic Deep Revenge: The Housekeeper Who Abandoned Her Face will stream worldwide on HBO Max. The series will be available in over 100 countries and regions, including North America, Latin America, Europe, and parts of Asia.

The series stars Miona Hori as a woman who infiltrates her ex-husband's home as a housekeeper to enact revenge after a car accident that took her child and disfigured her face.

The supporting cast includes Ren Ishikawa, Hiroki Iijima, Koji Matoba, and BALLISTIK BOYZ member Riki Matsui. Ishikawa plays the target of the protagonist's vengeance.

In Japan, the drama will premiere on Yomiuri TV and other networks on April 9, 2026. New episodes will be available exclusively on the U-NEXT streaming service after their TV broadcast.

The story follows Nozomi Takamura, who learns her accident was orchestrated by her ex-husband and his new wife. After changing her appearance and identity, she begins working in their home to systematically destroy their lives.
