The first of two special streaming programs, titled LV1, premieres on YouTube on April 9, 2026 at 21:00 JST.

The specials will feature cast members Keiji Inomata (Kouji Kagami), Nao Toyama (Alice), Nobunaga Shimazaki (Rex), and Iwami Manaka (Kruru). The second program, LV2, will be announced later on the anime's official X account.

"Menou appears cool at first glance, but there are many scenes where he is bewildered by Kagami, which were fun to perform," Yuichiro Umehara said. "From serious scenes to gag scenes, I think you'll enjoy it, so please watch until the end."

The anime's official X account is running a campaign where two winners will receive a signed color paper by Yuichiro Umehara. The entry period runs from April 9 to April 16, 2026.

The original novel LV999 Villager, written by Hoshitsuki Neko with illustrations by Fu-mi, began serialization on the site "Let's Become a Novelist" in 2015. It has sold over 3.8 million copies across eight volumes. A manga adaptation by Kenichi Iwamoto has 20 volumes published.

The anime is produced by Brains Base, directed by Yoshinobu Kasai, with series composition by Shinzo Fujita and character design by Kentaro Matsumoto. The full cast includes Keiji Inomata, Nao Toyama, Hiroya Egashira, Nobunaga Shimazaki, Iwami Manaka, Aoi Koga, Lynn, and Yuichiro Umehara.
