ALI Releases 'FUNKIN' BEAUTIFUL feat. ZORN' Music Video for Anime 'Left-Handed Ellen'

ALI has released the official music video for their new single "FUNKIN' BEAUTIFUL feat. ZORN." The track serves as the opening theme for the currently airing TV anime Left-Handed Ellen.

The song marks the first collaboration between ALI's vocalist LEO and rapper ZORN. It digitally released on April 8. The music video premiered on YouTube at 8 PM JST on May 20.

Director Taku Tohbo shot the video, incorporating architectural spaces and urban landscapes to visually translate the song's cinematic feel.

ALI's sound blends funk, soul, jazz, and hip-hop.

The single "FUNKIN' BEAUTIFUL" is available for purchase digitally. A limited-edition vinyl LP containing nine tracks is also offered for 5,500 yen.

ALI, a project centered around vocalist LEO, is known for the anime theme songs "Wild Side" for BEASTARS and "LOST IN PARADISE" for Jujutsu Kaisen. The group is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.

Left-Handed Ellen airs on TV Tokyo and its affiliates every Tuesday at 24:00 JST.
