Anime 'Koko Ore' Reveals Episode 8 Details and New Cast Member

The anime adaptation of the popular light novel 'Koko wa Ore ni Makasete Saki ni Ike to Itte kara 10-nen ga Tattara Densetsu ni Natteita' (Koko Ore) has released the synopsis and preview images for its upcoming eighth episode. Episode 8, titled "10 Years Since the Party Last Gathered," airs August 24 on Japanese TV.

The synopsis for episode 8 details a shopping trip that turns into a confrontation with a corrupt merchant's thugs. The protagonist, Rock, uncovers a deeper conspiracy. The episode concludes with a reunion at the royal palace.

The production also announced a new cast member introduced in the previous episode. Rina Motoizumi joins the voice cast as Filly, the reclusive fifth daughter of the Mastafon Marquis family who is a self-taught alchemist.

A campaign is running on the anime's official X (formerly Twitter) account to celebrate the new character. Two winners will receive a signed autograph board from Motoizumi. The entry period closes on August 25 at 11:59 JST.
