Chiai Fujikawa's 'Inori' Chosen as Ending Theme for Anime 'Shibou Yuugi de Meshi wo Kuu'

Chiai Fujikawa will release her new single 'Inori' on January 7, 2026, as the ending theme for the anime 'Shibou Yuugi de Meshi wo Kuu'. The anime, based on a light novel by Yushi Ukai, will begin airing on the same day on Netflix.

The single 'Inori' was specifically written for the anime. Her full album 'Hankei 3 Meter', which includes 'Inori', will be released on March 4, 2026. The album will also feature 'Eien ni Ikai no', the ending theme for 'The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 4', and 'Daremo Itte Kurenai Kara', released as a digital single in September.

Fujikawa announced the new single during her live performance at Tokyo's EX THEATER on December 13, where she also revealed the upcoming album. Her nationwide tour will kick off in March, starting in Okayama and concluding in Tokyo in April. Additional dates will be announced later.
