'Girl Crush', created by Aoi Tayama, has sold over 900,000 copies and gained international acclaim, including winning the 2021 RIDIBOOKS Comic Award in Korea. The story follows high school student Tenka Momose, who excels in everything but love. Her encounter with K-POP fan Erika Sato propels her into the world of K-POP dreams.

The manga, initially serialized in the LINE Manga label 'Comic Nicola', quickly gained popularity and expanded its readership through social media. The announcement featured a special visual by Tayama and a commemorative movie.

The anime will be broadcast on TBS.
