Kuroko's Basketball Launches Tarot-Themed Merchandise Collection

Bandai Namco Filmworks has unveiled a new line of merchandise for the anime Kuroko's Basketball, themed around tarot cards. The collection is based on new character illustrations created for the franchise's 2026 April Fools' Day campaign.

The artwork depicts characters from the series assigned to Major Arcana cards, including The Hermit, Strength, The Chariot, and The Wheel of Fortune. The collection features both full-body and chibi-style illustrations.

An online pre-order period for the goods will run from June 8 to June 21, 2026, via Bandai Namco Filmworks' official A-on STORE. Purchases of 3,000 yen or more from the online store will include a bonus postcard. The items are scheduled to ship from mid-September 2026.

A separate in-store campaign from June 13-21 will offer a special bromide card for the character Ryota Kise's birthday.

The original Kuroko's Basketball manga by Tadatoshi Fujimaki has sold over 30 million copies. The anime adaptation first aired in April 2012.
