Nao Yoshioka teams with Vietnamese singer My Anh on new single 'Pieces of Me'

Soul singer Nao Yoshioka will release a new collaborative single with Vietnamese R&B artist My Anh on May 15, 2026. The track, titled "Pieces of Me," is a mid-tempo R&B song centered on themes of self-acceptance.

Production was handled by Shuko, known for work with Ella Mai and Kanye West. The song was partially recorded in Hanoi, Vietnam.

"When My Anh and I first met, we talked about what feelings we could share," Nao Yoshioka said. "I've felt uncertainty and loneliness about my place, singing R&B and soul in English while being from Japan. My Anh felt the same way coming from Vietnam."

"This was the first time an international artist came to Vietnam to create together," My Anh said. "Every moment of recording and conversation was healing. I felt I wasn't alone."

The single will be available globally via digital platforms. Nao Yoshioka has also announced two Japan tour dates for October 2026 under the "self" World Tour banner, with shows in Tokyo and Osaka.
