The story moves to the underwater kingdom of Kaien, a nation that worships a Water Dragon. The priestess Yura, played by Saori Oonishi, learns of a plot to awaken the dragon and invade the surface. She flees to a resort island with a sacred flute, where she encounters Rimuru Tempest and his companions, who are on a brief vacation.

Rimuru accepts a request to help Yura return to Kaien. The visuals highlight a tense sequence where Yura and the series regular Gobta, voiced by Asuna Tomari, are pursued by the minister Zodon, played by Koichi Domoto. One image shows the pair at a resort lookout during the magic hour.

Production is handled by studio 8bit, with Yasuhito Kikuchi directing. The story is based on an original concept and is fully supervised by the series' original author, Fuse.
