A preview video featuring the song was released alongside the announcement. New promotional visuals, which pay homage to the original manga's illustrations, were also unveiled.

'Suku, Sukuware' is a live-action adaptation of a popular love-suspense manga that has sold over 500,000 copies. The story, set in the entertainment industry, follows an aspiring idol and a popular actor whose relationship spirals into obsession.

In a statement, NOA described 'Say Yes' as a song written from the perspective of his character, Shuu Sakurai. "I wrote this imagining the kind of song my character would write for the heavens," NOA said. "From the beat to the lyrics, I hope it creates a thrilling feeling that gets your heart racing."
