OTO releases new single 'Too Sick'

OTO has released a new single, "Too Sick." The track is available now on digital platforms.

The artist wrote, composed, and arranged the song. OTO also handled the vocal performance, instrumentation, recording, mixing, and mastering.

"Too Sick" explores what OTO describes as "clumsiness in love." The lyrics, which mix English and Japanese, depict the self-doubt and conflicting expectations of what the artist calls a "super introvert's love."

"I'm very much the kind of person in this song," OTO said. "I have a hard time fully trusting people and end up keeping my distance without realizing it. I tried to portray that clumsiness in a slightly pop way, so that from a distance it becomes a story you can feel some affection for."

An animated music video for the song is scheduled for release in April.
