SARUKANI's 'CROWN' Remix Gets AI Video by Visually Impaired Directors

The human beatbox crew SARUKANI has released a new music video for 'CROWN (Water Remix),' created through a collaboration between a top AI artist and four visually impaired directors. The project, titled 'The Unseen Beauty,' was produced by Nippon TV's VIRAL POCKET unit.

Four directors from the company ePARA—an e-sports player, a voice actor, an engineer, and a pianist/vocalist—interpreted the track's audio. AI creator Akihiro Miyagi then used generative AI to translate their verbal descriptions into visuals. The video's water-themed concept subsequently inspired SARUKANI to create the 'Water Remix' of the original song.

SARUKANI is a three-member beatbox crew, crowned champions at the Grand Beatbox Battle 2023 and finalists on Spain's 'Got Talent.'
