Secret Society Eagle Talon Celebrates 20 Years with New AI Character 'Hippon'

The long-running anime series 'Secret Society Eagle Talon' marks its 20th anniversary with the release of a new web series, 'Secret Society Eagle Talon XX'. The series is produced by KDDI and DLE and is available globally on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Debuting on January 6, 2026, the series introduces 'Hippon', an AI character designed to fill the absence of the mad scientist, Dr. Leonardo. Hippon's empty knowledge database leads to unexpected and humorous situations.

Since its inception in 2006, 'Secret Society Eagle Talon' has been known for its unique animation style and satirical humor, combining current events and parodies to appeal to a wide audience.

The series is part of the 'Sukima no Anime' project, which focuses on creating short animations that can be enjoyed during brief breaks. Previous seasons have included titles like 'Reiwa Men's School' and 'Makibao World Tour'.

Directed by FROGMAN, who also handles series composition, script, character design, and editing, 'Secret Society Eagle Talon XX' is set to release new episodes every Tuesday at 7 AM JST.
