Silent Möbius Meets Avengers: Epic Crossover Comic Coming in 2026

Big news for comic fans! The beloved Japanese series 'Silent Möbius' is teaming up with Marvel's 'Avengers' for a crossover comic, set to start serialization in the US by Marvel in 2026. This powerhouse collaboration was unveiled at Tokyo Comic Con 2025 by Marvel editor-in-chief CB Cebulski, renowned manga artist Kia Asamiya, and translator Tohru Yanagi.

Asamiya, who first broke into the American comics scene in 1999, will be marking his 40th anniversary as a manga artist with this project. It's slated to be his last major comic work, making this crossover a significant milestone. Asamiya will handle all aspects of the comic—script, pencils, inks, and colors—all in his signature analog style.

The Tokyo Comic Con audience was treated to exclusive teaser images and character sketches, including a unique blend of 'Silent Möbius' protagonist Katsumi Liqueur and Marvel's Captain America. These artworks highlight Asamiya's distinct touch, blending Japanese and Western comic styles.

The comic will consist of six installments, following Marvel's format. At Asamiya's booth in the Artist Alley, fans can snag a special 'Starter Book' featuring sketches of the main characters and comments by Asamiya, Cebulski, and Yanagi, along with signed art prints.

While the Japanese edition remains undecided, fans can look forward to related events and more news soon.
