TV Anime 'Osananajimi to wa Love Comedy ni Naranai' Episode 3 Details Released

Episode 3 of the TV anime 'Osananajimi to wa Love Comedy ni Naranai' is set to air, with new details and scene cuts now available. The episode titled "Even with Admiration, Loneliness, Night School, or Promises, It's Not a Love Comedy" continues the story of high school student Kai Yonoshin ("Ayu") and his childhood friends Shio and Akari.

The series, animated by Tezuka Productions, is based on the manga serialized in 'Magazine Pocket' by Shinya Mitsuru. Directed by Satoshi Kuwahara, with series composition by Mitsuki Hirota, it features character designs by Reina Iwasaki.

In Episode 3, Ayu's secret love for the rom-com 'My Childhood Friend is Too Cute' is discovered by Shio and Akari. Embarrassed, Ayu distances himself from Shio, who, encouraged by Akari, attempts to recreate a scene from the manga in the school's gym storage. However, she ends up locked inside alone.

The anime airs on TV Tokyo and is available for streaming on platforms like Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and U-NEXT. The cast includes Takuya Urao as Kai Yonoshin, Rin Kusumi as Shio Mizumoe, and Yuu Serizawa as Akari Hiwa.

Additional content includes 'Yora Love Cast's Love Comedy Special' on AT-X, featuring mini video projects with the cast. The opening theme "I Love You (Heart)" is performed by HoneyWorks meets the main cast, and the ending theme "Amanojaku" is by Hikari Kodama.
