Uru releases new album 'tone', announces YouTube live stream

Singer-songwriter Uru has released a live performance video for 'Kokoroe', the theme song for the Netflix film 'Kyosho Reunion'. The track is included on her new album 'tone', out February 18.

The live video for 'Kokoroe' is taken from her 2023 national tour finale at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA. The full 18-song concert is included on the limited edition video version of 'tone'.

Her first album in three years, 'tone', features 15 tracks. It includes theme songs for the anime 'The Apothecary Diaries' and 'Hell's Paradise', and the TBS drama 'DOPE'. A cover version of the album features eight tracks, including covers of songs by Mrs. GREEN APPLE, Kenshi Yonezu, and Masaki Suda.

A 'Premium Studio Live' will stream on Uru's official YouTube channel on February 18 at 8 PM JST. The archive will be available for 24 hours.

The album is available in three physical editions. A 2026 national tour has also been announced, with dates running from July through October.
