Utawarerumono: Path to White story comic released, Nintendo Switch 2 double-pack announced

Aquaplus has released a new story comic for the upcoming game Utawarerumono: Path to White (Utawarerumono: Shiro e no Michishirube). The comic, available on the game's official website, bridges the narrative from the previous title, Monochrome Mobius: Toki no Daishō, to the new entry.

The game is scheduled for release on May 28, 2026, for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Steam. It will be Aquaplus's first title for the Nintendo Switch 2. For that platform, the company will also release a double-pack bundle containing both Path to White and Monochrome Mobius.

A social media campaign is running on the official Utawarerumono X (formerly Twitter) account from May 15 to May 27. Participants are invited to share memories of the series using the hashtag #うたわれの思い出.

Aquaplus also detailed the contents of a Premium Edition for Path to White. It includes a special package, an acrylic plate, an original drama CD, a visual book, and a 30-track original soundtrack.
