Anna Takeuchi covers 'Fukashigi no Carte' for Gibson Replays series

Singer-songwriter Anna Takeuchi is the latest artist featured in Gibson's Replays cover series. Her performance of 'Fukashigi no Carte', the ending theme from the 'Seishun Buta Yarou' anime series, was published on YouTube.

The video marks the first solo acoustic performance in the series, which has previously focused on band arrangements. Takeuchi performs the song using a Gibson Murphy Lab 1942 Banner J-45 Light Aged guitar.

The original song features vocals from six voice actors, each representing a character in the series. The cover video's set design incorporates multiple mirrors, referencing the anime's visual motifs.

Gibson's Replays series, launched in 2023, features artists covering songs using the brand's instruments.

She has written songs for artists including Maaya Sakamoto and Hey! Say! JUMP.

Her current acoustic tour, 'atELIER cafe', includes dates in Matsue, Okayama, Fukuoka, Shizuoka, and Shin-Yokohama through June. Her digital single 'adabana midnight' is available on streaming platforms.
