CANDY TUNE releases 'HOT!SCOOP!' music video ahead of new single

CANDY TUNE has released the music video for 'HOT!SCOOP!', a track from their upcoming third single 'HAPPY BOUNCE BIRTHDAY'. The group performed at NHK's Kohaku Uta Gassen last year and is nominated in six categories for the MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026.

The video features a story set in an Asian restaurant, with members playing staff who aim to satisfy customers. The choreography includes a 'mixing dance' inspired by a new TV commercial the group appears in.

The song 'HOT!SCOOP!' was composed by Naoki Kubo, who also worked on the group's debut song 'Kiss Me Patissier', with lyrics by Suu from SILENT SIREN. The digital single is available now on streaming platforms.

The full single 'HAPPY BOUNCE BIRTHDAY' is scheduled for release on April 22, 2026. It will include the title track, 'HOT!SCOOP!', and 'Su-pa- Yusho Chu-n!', the ending theme for the anime 'Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun' Season 4. Limited editions will contain additional songs.

CANDY TUNE will hold a two-day solo concert at the Nippon Budokan on June 5 and 6, 2026, with additional shows at GLION ARENA KOBE in July. A pop-up event is planned for early May at Asakusa Hanayashiki in Tokyo.

The single is available for pre-order. The group's third anniversary photo book is also set for release.
