Yuto Adachi and Aile The Shota Release 'Hate To Love You'

Yuto Adachi has released a new digital single, "Hate To Love YOU feat. Aile The Shota." The track is available now on major streaming platforms.

The song was produced by Matt Cab, with songwriting contributions from BBY NABE. Adachi's low-register rap is paired with Aile The Shota's vocals.

A music video for the track is scheduled to premiere on June 12 at 8 PM JST. It was directed by Takaya Ohata, who has previously worked with Aile The Shota and other artists.

In a statement, Adachi described the song as being about the pain of strong feelings and the conflicting desire to escape from love. Aile The Shota called the collaboration offer a surprise and said he was happy to work with an artist from his generation he had long respected.

Yuto Adachi debuted as a member of the group PENTAGON in 2016. He returned to Japan in 2023. Aile The Shota's first headlining show at the Nippon Budokan is set for March 2027.
