CANDY TUNE Releases New Digital Single 'HTAG'

CANDY TUNE released their new digital single "HTAG" on May 22, 2026. The song incorporates elements of a "flag-raising game" and features a catchy sound with large-scale call-and-response sections.

Composer Ryuji Yokoi, who previously worked on the group's popular live song "Sonaeare Mubunmai," handled the lyrics and composition. The track is up-tempo with playful arrangements.

The idol group made its first appearance on NHK's Kohaku Uta Gassen last year and was nominated in six categories at the MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026. Their 3rd anniversary live is scheduled for June 5-6 at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, with additional performances set for July 21-22 at GLION ARENA KOBE in Hyogo.
