The Top 40 Pop songs this week - Only Hits Charts

This week's Top 40 is dominated by movement at the top and a major surge from one act. **BTS** debuts at number one with SWIM, forcing Olivia Dean's Man I Need down to number three. Bella Kay holds steady at number two with iloveitiloveitiloveit. The most dramatic climb belongs to **SIENNA SPIRO**, whose The Visitor rockets from 31 to number nine. **Harry Styles** also makes a notable jump, with American Girls rising from eight to number four.
Further down, new entries and significant drops reshape the chart. FLO's Leak It is the highest new entry outside the top ten, landing at number 11. Conversely, **Sabrina Carpenter** sees Manchild tumble from seven to 26, and Taylor Swift's The Fate of Ophelia falls from nine to 16. RAYE's WHERE IS MY HUSBAND! also declines, moving from 17 to 25.

A clear pattern emerges in the lower half with a wave of upward movement for **BTS**. Six of their tracks make substantial gains: NORMAL (27 to 10), they don’t know ’bout us (38 to 18), Like Animals (36 to 19), Merry Go Round (35 to 21), Aliens (37 to 22), and Into the Sun (39 to 23). The JENNIE remix of Tame Impala's Dracula also climbs, from 29 to 17.
