'Leave This to Me and Go Ahead' Anime Adds Hanai Miharu, Kinoshita Suzuna to Cast

The upcoming anime adaptation of the light novel 'Leave This to Me and Go Ahead' (Koko Ore) has confirmed two new voice actors. Hanai Miharu will play Charlotte, and Kinoshita Suzuna will play Marie. Both characters are daughters of the hero Eric.

The series premieres July 6, 2026. It adapts a story published on the 'Let's Become a Novelist' site since 2018, with over 4.45 million copies of the novel sold. The protagonist, a mage named Lock, stays behind to fight a demon lord alone, returning ten years later as a legendary hero.

The anime's staff includes director Kobe Yoko and series composer Hirota Koiki. Kajiwara Gakuto stars as Lock Franzén. The ending theme is an undisclosed track titled 'To Mundane Days and Lucky Days'.

A promotional campaign on the anime's official X account will give away signed autograph boards from the newly announced cast. Two boards signed by Hanai Miharu will be available from June 2 to June 9. Two boards signed by Kinoshita Suzuna will be available from June 9 to June 16.
