BILLY BOO's 'Parallel Night' to be theme song for TV Asahi drama

BILLY BOO's new single "Parallel Night" will be the theme song for the TV Asahi drama "Crossroad: Kyumei Kyukyu no Yakusoku." The song releases digitally on July 8.

It is the band's first drama theme song. The track was written specifically for the series, which stars actress Mio Imada and follows young emergency medical professionals.

Vocalist Kazuki Ujiie described the song as aiming to depict "the breath of someone moving forward, even while crying," rather than grand hope.

A pre-add and pre-save campaign for "Parallel Night" is running from June 9 to July这四个数字7 on Apple Music and Spotify. Those who pre-save the song will receive a set of unreleased artist photos.

The band will also perform two live shows in Japan in June and July as part of their "CATALYST tour 2026."
