Hikuidori Anime Reveals Episode 5 Preview, Announces Edo Wonderland Collaboration

Episode 5, titled "Like a Twinkling Star," airs February 15. A mysterious explosion fire breaks out at a soba shop on a windy night. The protagonist, Genji, and his team rush to the scene, finding the bedridden proprietress and her attendant O-Rin inside.

With shifting winds and the threat of another explosion, the team needs a "wind reader" who can predict the fire's movement. Genji runs to fetch Hoshi Juro. Overcoming his own conflict, Hoshi Juro heads to the shop to attempt a rescue.

The collaboration with Edo Wonderland Nikko Edomura will run from February 21 to May 31. The event will feature a firefighter profession experience, a stamp rally styled as an "entry exam" for the Boro Tobi squad, a special exhibition space, and exclusive goods.
