adieu's 'Wanna me' to End Ascendance of a Bookworm's Second Cour

adieu's new song "Wanna me" will be the second cour ending theme for the TV anime "Ascendance of a Bookworm: The Adopted Daughter of a Lord." The single will be released on July 29, 2026.

The song was written and composed by singer-songwriter Satoko Shibata.

The single will be available in two editions: a First Press Limited Edition (CD+BD) priced at 7,000 yen and a Regular Edition (CD only) for 1,500 yen. The BD included with the First Press Limited Edition contains footage from "adieu LIVE 2025 a la plume," held at KT Zepp Yokohama in September 2025.

Digital pre-orders are available via this link. Tracklists beyond the title song are to be announced.

"Ascendance of a Bookworm: The Adopted Daughter of a Lord" is currently airing on Yomiuri TV/Nippon TV every Saturday at 5:30 PM, on TOKYO MX Mondays at 9:25 PM, and on AT-X Tuesdays at 9:00 PM. The anime is produced by WIT STUDIO.
