ALI's 'FUNKIN' BEAUTIFUL feat. ZORN' to Open Anime 'Left-Handed Ellen'

ALI's new song "FUNKIN' BEAUTIFUL feat. ZORN" will be the opening theme for the TV anime Left-Handed Ellen (左ききのエレン). The anime premieres April 7 on TV Tokyo and other streaming platforms.

A preview is featured in the anime's main promotional video.

In a statement, ALI vocalist LEO described the song as a product of a difficult period, created with only an acoustic guitar in a temporary living space.

The song will be included on ALI's first vinyl album of their 10th-anniversary year, also titled FUNKIN' BEAUTIFUL, which releases on April 8. The limited-edition LP will contain nine tracks.

ALI begins a domestic tour in April. Dates are set for Osaka on April 9, Tokyo on April 11, and Hokkaido on April 15. Tickets are on general sale through Japanese ticketing services.

Left-Handed Ellen follows two aspiring artists: an ordinary student dreaming of becoming a designer and a left-handed genius painter who has sealed away her talent.
