DJ Ryow a.k.a. Smooth Current Releases 'Trust' Featuring MIDICRONICA

DJ Ryow a.k.a. Smooth Current has released a new digital single, 'Trust,' featuring the group MIDICRONICA. The track is out now via Tribe, a sub-label of the influential imprint Hydeout Productions.

The single includes two other tracks: 'Sacred Tears' and an instrumental version of 'Trust.' A 7-inch vinyl release containing the two main tracks is scheduled for March 10, 2026.

DJ Ryow was a resident DJ during the early days of Hydeout Productions, founded by the late Nujabes. He continues to perform on the label's tribute tours and has released music internationally as part of the group ShinSight Trio with Shin-Ski.

MIDICRONICA is known for the song 'san francisco,' which was used as the ending theme for the anime Samurai Champloo. The group's unique style was also praised by Nujabes.

The digital single is available globally on streaming platforms.
