Fujii Takashi Collaborates with Google AI for Music Videos

Fujii Takashi has collaborated with Google AI to produce full-length music videos for all ten tracks from his album 'light showers'. This project utilizes Google's advanced AI technologies, including 'Gemini', 'Veo 3', and 'Nano Banana', to create innovative visuals that blend technology with artistic expression.

Directed by Ryo Hatano, Kirara Sekiguchi, and Akira Sumiya, the videos are available on YouTube.

The album 'light showers', originally released in 2017, draws inspiration from 1990s music. The new music videos expand on the original concept, transforming short clips into full-length videos with the help of AI. The making-of videos, also available on YouTube, offer insights into the collaborative process between Fujii and the directors.

Fujii Takashi expressed his excitement about revisiting his past work and the collaborative process with the directors and AI. Director Ryo Hatano noted the unique characteristics of the 'Gemini' AI, which added a distinct personality to the project. Kirara Sekiguchi and Akira Sumiya shared their experiences of integrating AI into their creative workflows.
