Ganglion Anime Episode 20 Synopsis and Preview Images Released

The production committee for the TV anime 'Ganglion' has released the synopsis and preview stills for Episode 20, titled 'Operation South Alps Contamination - Belbe's Pride'. The episode is scheduled to air on February 27 at 25:53 on TV Tokyo and March 3 at 21:55 on TV Osaka. AT-X will broadcast it first on February 27 at 20:30.

The synopsis reveals that Shadow Colonel, having lost his will to fight after a transfer, abandons his post. Hopeman attempts to recruit Isobe to the Peace Development Organization.

The series, based on the manga by Hisaya Shiraiwa and Kashi Itsuki originally serialized in 'Comic Yoshimoto', follows Isobe, a foot soldier for the world-domination-seeking 'Ganglion Corporation'. Set in early 2000s Tokyo, it depicts his struggles against the hero Hopeman and his demanding superiors.

Key production staff includes director Ayumu Watanabe, series composition by Tomoaki Shiono, and character design by Shigeru Fujita. The ending theme is 'Tsumuji' by EXILE TAKAHIRO.

The voice cast features Yoji Ueda as Isobe Kenji, Fumihiko Tachiki as Shadow Colonel, and Tomokazu Sugita as Hopeman.

'Ganglion' airs weekly on multiple Japanese networks: TV Tokyo, TV Osaka, AT-X, and BS Yoshimoto. Animation production is handled by studio maf.
