Lavt releases new single 'Parasomnia', announces tour and festival slot

Lavt releases the digital single 'Parasomnia' today. The track is an indie-dance number about a boy who cannot sleep after a breakup.

The song's music video premieres at 8 PM JST. It uses imagery like a half-open window and an empty chair to depict the protagonist's dissolving sense of reality.

The single is available on global streaming platforms via orcd.co/parasomnia.

Lavt has also announced a third one-man live tour, 'RE:BORN', for July and August 2026. The tour stops in Fukuoka, Aichi, Osaka, and Tokyo. Ticket pre-sales are ongoing.

The artist is scheduled to perform at the METROCK festival in May 2026.

Born in Osaka in 2002, Lavt started as a bassist influenced by ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION. After activity in the VOCALOID scene, he launched his current project in 2023. His 2024 track 'Orange' entered Spotify's viral charts, and a demo for 'L4DY' surpassed 3 million plays on Instagram.

In 2025, he was selected for Spotify's 'RADAR: Early Noise' program and sold out his first headlining tour. He performed at festivals including SUMMER SONIC and SWEET LOVE SHOWER.
