Machita Chima Releases Theme Song for Film 'Tokyo Tōhikō'

Nijisanji VTuber Machita Chima released the short version of her theme song for the upcoming film 'Tokyo Tōhikō'. The track 'Neon to Zanzō' is now available on TikTok and Instagram.

Machita Chima co-wrote the lyrics with Erika Masaki, a lyricist known for numerous popular songs. The composition is a collaboration between SAS—who has worked with BE:FIRST, LOONA, and others—and producers Rio and RAN.

Machita Chima stated she watched the film multiple times to understand its core themes before writing.

The full movie 'Tokyo Tōhikō' is scheduled for a nationwide release in Japan on March 20, 2026. The 60-second trailer featuring the song is now public.

An official TikTok account for Machita Chima launched alongside the song release. The film is directed by Ren Akiba and produced by Dōjin Fujii.
