Mel's new single 'Scenario' to be theme for drama 'Koi o Suru nara Nidome ga Joto season 2'

Singer-songwriter Mel will release a new single titled "Scenario" on August 27, 2026. The track has been selected as the theme song for the second season of the MBS/TBS drama series "Koi o Suru nara Nidome ga Joto."

Mel previously provided the opening theme "Koyoinouta" for the drama's first season. For the sequel, she created "Scenario" from scratch to align with the new storyline. Shun Maruno, who also arranged the first season's theme, handled the arrangement for the new track.

The cover art for the single was created by Robin Furuya, an actor who appears in the drama and also works as a photographer. Furuya shot the photographs used for the artwork during breaks in the drama's filming.

The drama "Koi o Suru nara Nidome ga Joto season 2" is scheduled to begin airing on September 1, 2026.
