Mika Ninagawa Creates Key Visual for Marika Matsumoto and First Summer Uika's Podcast

Photographer and film director Mika Ninagawa has created the key visual for the podcast 'Asobi Taino', hosted by actresses and entertainers Marika Matsumoto and First Summer Uika.

The hosts had named Ninagawa as their top choice for the artwork during the podcast's first episode last December. According to Matsumoto, Ninagawa created the visual using analog techniques, employing props like soap bubbles and colored lights without digital post-processing.

The podcast, which features casual conversations between the two friends, is distributed on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Amazon Music. New episodes are released every other Saturday at vii PM JST.

To mark the visual's release, a video version of the first episode is available for a limited one-week period on the program's official YouTube channel.
