Netflix anime film 'Super Kaguyahime!' adds 'ray' music video

The original anime film 'Super Kaguyahime!' will add its ending theme music video to the Netflix version starting April 29. The 'ray' MV, performed by the characters Kaguya and Tsukimi Yachiyo, will play after the credits.

The film, directed by Seigo Yamashita, is a music-focused project featuring songs from Vocaloid producers ryo (supercell), kz(livetune), 40mP, HoneyWorks, Aqu3ra, and yuigot. Animation is handled by Studio Colorido and Studio Chromato.

For its ongoing theatrical run in Japan, a reprint of a staff illustration collection will be distributed as a viewer bonus from May与社会. The theater version will also resume showing the 'ray' MV after screenings, now with 5.1 channel surround sound.

The film has surpassed 1 million attendees and 2 billion yen at the Japanese box office since its February release. It is available for global streaming on Netflix.
