New Anime 'Okiraku Ryoushu' Premieres on Prime Video

The anime adaptation of the popular light novel series 'お気楽領主の楽しい領地防衛～生産系魔術で名もなき村を最強の城塞都市に～' is set to premiere on Prime Video starting January 7, 2026. The series will be available for streaming three days before its terrestrial broadcast.

The story follows Van, the fourth son of a marquis family, who is reincarnated into a fantasy world. Despite being labeled a prodigy, Van discovers he possesses 'production magic,' considered useless in his world. Consequently, he is sent to govern a remote village.

Originally serialized on the novel site 'Shousetsuka ni Narou,' the series has achieved over 300 million page views as of August 2025. It was nominated for the 'Next Light Novel Grand Prize 2022' and won the 'Rakuten Kobo E-Book Award 2025' in the 'Comics We Want to Share with the World' category.

The anime is directed by Tetsuya Tatamiya with music by Utatane Kana. The opening theme, 'Okiraku Ze~shon,' is performed by Rei Nakajima. The animation is produced by NAZ.
