Paul Kim Announces Japanese CD Debut 'Zombie Loves Matcha'

Korean singer Paul Kim will release his first Japanese CD single on June 10. The digital pre-release track arrives on May 20.

Zombie Loves Matcha album cover

The CD, titled Zombie Loves Matcha, contains four tracks. It includes the title track and the pre-release song "っちゃめっちゃ会いたい," each with an instrumental version.

The pre-release track "っちゃめっちゃ会いたい" will be available digitally on May 20 via this link. Paul Kim described the song as depicting the process of going to meet someone from the moment you open your eyes in the morning. He explained the altered title reflects a stronger feeling.

For the title track, Paul Kim said he wanted to avoid a mundane story about taking a train. The concept evolved into a zombie targeting matcha, which he sees as a personal treasure and a source of energy.

His first Japan fan meeting, "2026 Paul Kim 1st Japan Fanmeeting '約束'," is on June 14.
