Sam is Ohm remix wins chilldspot contest, features on new EP

The winning track from a remix contest held by SURF Music and chilldspot is out now. Sam is Ohm's remix of "Neon o Keshite" leads the band's first remix EP, prank call - remix #001.

The producer, whose credits include work for Aile The Shota, Kumi Koda, and Maiko Suzuki, was selected from the contest hosted on the SURF Music platform.

"It's a song I personally like very much," Sam is Ohm said in a statement. "I focused on preserving the charm of the original while adding my own expression."

The five-track EP includes three other remixes of chilldspot songs by producers hiyuzan, kozaki, and afro iikanzi, plus a voquote remix of "Up."

The prank call - remix #001 EP is available on major streaming platforms.
