Tatsuya Kitani and BABYMETAL Collaborate on 'Jigokuraku' Season 2 Theme

Tatsuya Kitani's new track 'Kasukana Hana', featuring BABYMETAL, will be released on January 12, 2026. The song serves as the opening theme for the second season of the anime 'Jigokuraku', which begins airing on January 11.

'Jigokuraku', serialized in 'Shonen Jump+', has sold over 6.4 million copies. The second season's trailer, featuring 'Kasukana Hana', is available on YouTube. Watch the trailer here.

Tatsuya Kitani began posting music online in 2014 and has since contributed to various artists, including LiSA and Suisei Hoshimachi. In 2023, he released the opening theme for 'Jujutsu Kaisen' and performed at the 74th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen.

Their 2024 world tour spanned 22 countries and reached over 1 million attendees. Their latest album, 'METAL FORTH', entered the top 10 on the US Billboard charts.

'Jigokuraku' season two airs on TV Tokyo and other networks at 23:45 JST, with streaming on Prime Video and Netflix. The anime is produced by MAPPA, with direction by Kaori Makita.
