Toua releases single '10' ahead of first digital album

Toua's new single '10' is out now. The track is the first preview of the artist's first digital album, 'This is Toua,' scheduled for release on September 16, 2026.

The song is a medium-tempo ballad written for Toua's dog, Ten, who passed away three years ago. It features piano and guitar, with lyrics addressing loss and gratitude. The accompanying music video premiered on YouTube.

Additional tracks from the album will be released digitally on July 22, August 5, August 19, and September 2.

Toua described the songwriting process for '10' as difficult, involving repeated revisions. The artist stated the track contains a mix of happiness, regret, and sadness, and hopes it encourages listeners to look forward.

A solo live concert, 'Toua 1st LIVE "This is Toua,"' is set for September 20, 2026, at Zepp Shinjuku in Tokyo. A ticket pre-sale for the Japan-based event runs from July 8 to July 12.
