In this episode, Gengo and Shin'nosuke, leaders of the Shinjō Domain's firefighting team, search for a crucial member known as the 'destroyer'. They encounter Torajiro, a once-popular sumo wrestler, at a shrine hosting a sumo event. Torajiro, who had lost his strength due to injury and doubt, faces a pivotal match when a nearby fire breaks out. As Gengo and his team rush to save the spectators, Torajiro reignites his fighting spirit.

The series follows Matsunaga Gengo, formerly known as the 'Hikuidori', as he rebuilds a struggling firefighting team in Edo. Despite being mocked as 'Borotobi', Gengo and his diverse group are determined to save lives amidst mysterious fires plaguing the city.
