SAINT SATINE Holds First Fan Event for Japanese Member Sakura

SAINT SATINE, the new global girl group formed by HYBE and Geffen Records, held its first fan event in Tokyo on May 30.

Attendees watched a retrospective video of Sakura's path to becoming the group's "final piece" from the audition program "WORLD SCOUT: THE FINAL PIECE." The event included a Q&A, quizzes, and surprise video messages from the other SAINT SATINE members. Sakura also received a replayed message of support from her mother.

SAINT SATINE is the second global project from the HYBE and Geffen partnership, following sister group KATSEYE. Since its 2024 debut, sister group KATSEYE has won three American Music Awards, earned two Grammy nominations, surpassed 3 billion Spotify streams, and sold out arena tours in North America and Europe.

The group's name combines "SAINT" (for power) with "SATINE" (inspired by satin fabric, for elegance). The group maintains official accounts on X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
