The virtual singers RIM, KOKO, KAKYOIN, and HINAGESHI hosted a special English-language gaming stream. Their goal was to support Gamers Outreach, an organization that provides gaming equipment to children in hospitals worldwide.

The stream was part of the larger VTuber Summer Slam initiative, which brings together creators to fundraise for the cause. The KAMITSUBAKI artists' segment surpassed its initial fundraising target by 50 percent.
