ReoNa's 13th Single is Ending Theme for 'Exiled Reincarnated Heavy Knight' Anime

ReoNa will release her 13th single, "Lv.1 職業：人間 (Level 1 Shokugyou: Ningen)", on August 26. The track is the ending theme for the upcoming TV anime Exiled Reincarnated Heavy Knight Uses Game Knowledge to Be Unrivaled.

The anime premieres July 2. A preview of the song is featured in the show's second main promotional video, released today. The single will be available for digital pre-order starting July 3.

In a statement, ReoNa said the song was inspired by the protagonist, Elma, who is exiled after being branded with the "defective" Heavy Knight class. "Even if it looks like he's lost everything from the outside, even if he's ridiculed, he has solid knowledge," she said. "I get excited by the path Elma walks, which even feels refreshing."

The anime is based on a manga with over 3 million copies in circulation. It follows Elma, who regains memories of his past life and realizes the world is identical to a VR game he mastered. He uses that knowledge to prove the potential of his maligned class.

The opening theme, "Awake", is by SPYAIR. The anime will be available for streaming on platforms including U-NEXT and ABEMA from July 2, with wider distribution starting July 5.

ReoNa is currently on a nationwide tour in Japan, with dates scheduled through December. She is also scheduled for a two-day concert at Pia Arena MM in Yokohama in March 2027.
