Producer Rino Sashihara commented on the win. "I understand this award is decided by votes from people in the music industry," she said. "As someone who has been in this business for a while, I feel it is an immense honor that a song I've been involved with has been evaluated in this way. Thank you to everyone who voted."

The song, released in February 2025, has surpassed 1.7 billion cumulative streams. It has also generated over 22 billion views in related content on TikTok.

The group's 20th single, "Gekiyaku Chudoku," released on April 1, 2026, topped both the Billboard Japan and Oricon weekly singles charts. It is the group's seventh single to achieve this double chart-topping feat, with shipments exceeding 500,000 copies.
