Necry Talkie to Perform Ending Theme for Anime 'Yanineko'

Necry Talkie will provide the ending theme for the TV anime Yanineko, premiering July 2. The song, titled 'Smoke and Blue' (煙とブルー), will be the lead track on a digital EP releasing August 5.

The four-track EP will also include 'The Feeling of Electric Guitar' (エレキの気持ち), 'The Wind Is Just Blowing' (風がただ吹いている), and 'Unnecessary Thing' (余計なこと).

The anime Yanineko follows the lazy, cigarette-smoking cat-person Yani Neko in a world where humans and beast-people coexist. The opening theme will be performed by the band Wasureranneyo.

Necry Talkie will hold a release party at Fever in Shin-Daita, Tokyo on August 5. A nationwide two-man tour, 'Okey! Talkie! National Edition vol.7', is scheduled from September through November.

A Blu-ray of their 5th-anniversary concert at Zepp DiverCity Tokyo will be released on June 24. It is a Columbia Music Shop exclusive.
