This week's top 40 chart sees some noteworthy movements that certainly capture the essence of dynamic shifts in music popularity. At the summit, "革命道中 - On The Way" by AiNA THE END maintains its dominance for the fifth consecutive week. However, the real surprise comes from "睨めっ娘" by 友成空, TOMONARI SORA, making a remarkable leap from 28th to the second spot, indicating a sudden surge in listener interest.
Another substantial ascent is observed with "Plazma" by Kenshi Yonezu, which catapults from 29th to 3rd spot, showcasing its growing momentum even after 34 weeks on the chart. "夢中" by BE:FIRST also makes an impressive climb, moving from 33rd to 4th position, affirming its upward trend. The song "99 Steps" by STUTS, Kohjiya, Hana Hope re-enters the top 10 at position 5 after a brief exit, underscoring its renewed impact on the charts.

In stark contrast, some tracks experienced significant drops. "どうかしてる" by WurtS, which was previously 5th, has now fallen to 13th place. "Dandelion" by go!go!vanillas takes a considerable step back, sliding from 7th to 17th. Similarly, "Method" by Kroi falls from 9th to 18th, signifying a decrease in chart strength.
