The Top 40 J-POP songs - Week 38 of 2025 – Only Hits Japan Charts

This week’s top 40 chart sees AiNA THE END holding steady at the summit for the sixth consecutive week with "革命道中 - On The Way." However, it's the stunning leap of Eve's "Ghost Avenue" that captures the spotlight, jumping from 20 to 2, marking its highest position yet after eight weeks on the chart. XG also makes waves with “IS THIS LOVE,” breaking into the top three by moving up from eighth position, proving the song's persistent climb up the charts over the past 28 weeks.
Other notable climbers include go!go!vanillas with "Dandelion," which surged from 17 to 4, and NOMELON NOLEMON’s "ミッドナイト・リフレクション," which impressively ascended from 27 to land at number 5. The track “MOVE MOVE” by a子 made remarkable progress as well, advancing to the seventh position from 34. Meanwhile, Creepy Nuts re-enter the top 10, pushing "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born" from 15 to 10, after staying on the charts for an impressive 67 weeks.

Amidst these rises, certain tracks experienced significant downward moves. BE:FIRST’s "夢中" plunged from a strong fourth place to 34, while "99 Steps" by STUTS, Kohjiya, and Hana Hope fell from 5 to 37, marking a steep decline. Also following a downward trend, "Hello" by Furui Riho and knoak tumbled from number 11 to 38.
