The Top 40 Pop songs – Week 23 of 2025 – Only Hits Charts

This week's top 40 chart keeps Billie Eilish on top, as "BIRDS OF A FEATHER" maintains its number one position for a 20th week. Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars also hold firm at number two with "Die With A Smile," marking their ninth week in this spot. Bad Bunny's "DtMF" remains steady at number three for 14 consecutive weeks, showcasing consistent popularity. Billie Eilish continues her chart dominance with "WILDFLOWER" staying at four, while "APT." by ROSÉ and Bruno Mars moves up to fifth place, a spot previously held by Gracie Abrams's "That’s So True," now at sixth.
Several tracks saw upward motion, with KAROL G's "Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido" climbing from 13 to 9, and Benson Boone’s "Beautiful Things" moving to number 10 from 11. Notably, Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You" makes a significant leap from 29 to 20, marking its highest position to date. Tate McRae also climbed the ranks with "Sports Car" that shifted from 26 to 21. Meanwhile, new entries and re-entries shake things up at the lower end: Lewis Capaldi's "Someone You Loved" returns at 29 and Coldplay’s "Paradise" comes back at 32.

On the downside, a few tracks have experienced notable drops. For instance, Lady Gaga's "Abracadabra" slips from 8 to 11 and Sabrina Carpenter's "Espresso" stays stagnant at 16, unable to recover lost ground from earlier weeks. Teddy Swims's "Bad Dreams" slides down to 25, while "Cry For Me" by The Weeknd drops to 24 from a previous 20th position, hinting at shifting audience preferences.
